One of our most popular lifting products within our Davit range is our T DAVIT which leads the field in terms of strength safety and performance. Completely portable and made from durable and lightweight aluminium, our T DAVIT provides an essential alternative to steel lifting systems.
The T DAVIT is available in a variety of configurations ranging from a winched, double winched and shackled option to ensure our customers have the right lifting solution for them.
The T DAVIT comes with a variety of column heights and beam lengths with radius options ranging from 800mm-2000mm which allows for easy product customisation.
The T DAVIT has some great features which make this system ideal for goods lifting applications. These include:
Two-piece aluminium construction – The T DAVIT is a two-piece aluminium Davit designed for ease of transportation and assembly. The Davits engineered design and bespoke sections reduce weight, providing lightweight portability to allow for tasks to be completed at a height. Goods lifting up to 600kg – This system can support up to 600kg for goods lifting depending on the column height and beam length.
Winch capable and two lifting shackles for attachment of lifting devices – The shackled variant is designed with two lifting shackles at the head of the davit which is ideal for easy attachment of chain block or an electric hoist can be attached. Winches can easily be attached to the column of the winched or double winched variant.
Tremendous strength to weight ratio – The smallest unit weighs just 31.5kg and can lift up to 600kg.
Can be rotated 360° – The lightweight nature of our T DAVIT allows for the system to be rotated 360° under a full load. The kingpin is designed with two patented bearings which enables easy rotation under load by one user. We also offer a rotational handle that can be easily fitted to the column of the T DAVIT to aid in rotation under load, learn more about our rotational handle here.
This system can also be used as a dual-use system where it can be used to lift equipment and be used as in personnel applications, making it the ideal solution for confined space access tasks.
