#REIDontheroad
We are approaching doing business in the Covid-19 ‘new normal’ with the same spirit of innovation and ingenuity as we approach our engineering and product design.
We have put in place procedures for delivering Covid-19 secure product demos at customers’ premises and at our own factory and we’re already receiving really positive feedback.
Our Sales Director Stuart Linnitt explained: “One of the most frustrating parts of the lockdown was the fact that we couldn’t get out and show customers our brand new PORTABASE products, so I’m delighted that we’re now on the road again and that the response has been so positive.”
At 360 Height Projects in Hartlepool, where our Technical Sales Engineer Victoria Badnell took the REID range recently.
Access and Height Safety Specialist Andrew Colledge said: “Really impressed with the product versatility and end user potential. We are looking forward to putting everything we have learnt into action.”
Customers are also once again being invited to our Chepstow factory to learn how production has adapted to the new Covid-19 guidelines and see demonstrations of our newest products. Nigel Stubbs from Able Safety who spent two days with us recently, added: “Thank you to Victoria and Stuart for organising and showing us the production process from start to finish. Loving the new PORTABASE Counterbalance and H Frame.”
For all those customers who can’t host visits or make the trip to Chepstow, we are also continuing to invest in our digital offering which now includes dedicated videos showing how to use our gantry products in fall arrest applications, as well as assembly videos for our entire range.
Marketing Manager Laura Morgan added: “We’re giving every customer the option of face to face or digital demos depending on what they’re most comfortable with. We’re determined that Covid-19 won’t impact on the service they receive from us and we are continuing to adapt to suit the ever changing restrictions.”
